By downloading, installing, or using Wispward, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Wispward is designed as an offline-first game.
The current version of the app does not require account registration and does not directly request or collect personal information such as:

- Contacts
- Photos or videos
- Microphone recordings

- Login credentials
The app does not require you to create an account to play.

Wispward may store game-related information locally on your device in order to provide gameplay functionality.

- Selected Wisp Form

This information is used only to maintain your game progress and preferences.
The current version of Wispward does not transmit this local game progress to our servers because the app does not operate an online account or cloud-save system.

The current version of Wispward is designed to function without an internet connection.
The app does not require an Internet permission for normal gameplay.
If this changes in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety information will be updated as required.
4. Advertising
The current version of Wispward does not contain advertising SDKs and does not display third-party advertisements.
We therefore do not currently use advertising providers to collect information from within the app.

The current version of Wispward does not intentionally integrate third-party analytics or behavioural tracking services.

The current version of the app does not rely on a backend account system, Firebase service, advertising network, or third-party analytics SDK for its core gameplay.
If future versions introduce third-party services, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what information those services process and for what purpose.
7. Support Communications
If you choose to contact us using the support option in the app, Wispward may open an email application installed on your device.
Your email is not sent automatically.
If you voluntarily send us an email, we may receive information that you choose to provide, such as:

- Screenshots or attachments you choose to send
- Technical details you voluntarily include
We use such information only to respond to your inquiry, provide support, investigate reported issues, or improve the app where appropriate.

Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is removed through an available reset option, app-data clearing, or application removal, depending on Android behaviour.

- Meet applicable legal obligations
Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted or anonymized.
11. Data Deletion
Wispward does not currently provide user accounts, so there is no server-side user account requiring an account-deletion process.
You may remove locally stored game information by:
- Using the Reset Progress option where available
- Clearing the app's storage through Android settings
- Uninstalling the application

12. Data Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the app and the information handled.
Because most gameplay information in the current version is stored locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to our servers, exposure to remote processing is limited.
However, no storage or communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Children's Privacy
Wispward is a general-audience arcade game and does not intentionally request personal information from children through its normal gameplay.
The app does not currently provide account creation, social messaging, behavioural advertising, or user-generated public profiles.
If we become aware that personal information has been provided by a child in circumstances requiring deletion under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to address the request.

14. Permissions
The current production version of Wispward does not require sensitive Android permissions for its core gameplay.
